Terms of Service

Keynova Speakers Bureau is a service of Uplevel Communication LLC, based in Austin, Texas ("Keynova," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to keynovaspeakers.com, our speaker directory, organizer match requests, speaker listings, Speaker Outreach, and Speaker Career Coaching. By using the site or any of these services, you agree to these terms.

1. Keynova makes introductions only

Keynova helps event organizers find speakers and helps speakers find events. We research events, share speaker profiles, and make introductions. We do not negotiate contracts, book speakers, handle payments between organizers and speakers, or take commissions. Organizers and speakers talk directly and agree on fees, dates, travel, and every other term between themselves. Keynova is not a party to any agreement between an organizer and a speaker and is not responsible for whether either side performs.

2. For organizers

Searching the directory and requesting matches is free. Nothing is added to a speaker's fee. Fee ranges on profiles come from the speakers themselves and may change. Confirm the fee, availability, and any requirements directly with the speaker before you commit. We do our best to recommend speakers who fit your event, but we do not guarantee any speaker's availability, performance, or results.

3. For speakers

When you apply, you agree that the information you submit is true and that you have the right to share it, including your photos, videos, bios, and testimonials. You give Keynova permission to publish those materials on your profile and to share them with event organizers. You agree to reply to organizer introductions within two business days. We review every application and decide which speakers to list.

4. Listings

Listings are free for our first 25 approved speakers. After that, a listing costs $97 one time. A listing is included at no extra cost while you are an active Speaker Outreach or Speaker Career Coaching member.

A lifetime listing stays on the Keynova Speakers Bureau website for as long as Keynova operates the directory. We remove a listing when the speaker asks us to. We may also remove a listing when we have a clear reason, such as legal trouble, false information in the profile, or conduct that could harm the organizers we introduce you to. Listing fees are not refunded when a listing is removed for these reasons.

5. Speaker Outreach

Speaker Outreach is a monthly membership. Each month our team researches 20 events that fit your talk, finds the person responsible for booking speakers, and sends a personal pitch and follow-up messages on your behalf from a Keynova email address. That is usually 40 to 60 emails a month. We use research and writing tools, including AI tools, and a member of our team reviews and sends every message. Warm replies are forwarded to you. Results depend on your topic, your materials, and each event's needs. We do not guarantee replies, bookings, or income.

6. Speaker Career Coaching

Speaker Career Coaching is a monthly membership that includes Speaker Outreach, a new training module each month, and coaching and accountability from the Uplevel team. Training content is for your personal use. You may not share, resell, or republish it.

7. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Memberships are billed monthly in advance on the date you join and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial months.

If you pay for a listing and we do not approve your application, we refund the listing fee in full. If you were charged twice or charged in error, email us within 30 days and we will make it right.

8. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, Uplevel Communication may text you about your organizer request, your speaker application, your listing, and introductions. If you opt in separately to marketing messages, we may also text you about offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Opting in is not a condition of using any service.

9. Intellectual property

The Keynova name, logo, site design, written content, and training materials belong to Uplevel Communication LLC. Speakers keep ownership of the materials they submit and grant us the license described in section 3 for as long as they are listed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Keynova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything that happens between an organizer and a speaker. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or a membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
