Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Keynova Speakers Bureau is a service of Uplevel Communication LLC, based in Austin, Texas ("Keynova," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what we collect when you use keynovaspeakers.com, request speaker matches, apply to be listed, or join a membership, and how we use it.

What we collect

From organizers: your name, email, phone number, organization, and the event details you share, such as dates, location, audience, budget, and the topics you want.

From speakers: your name, contact information, location, bio, talks, fees, photos, videos, testimonials, references, and anything else you include in your application.

Payments: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Usage information: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring sites, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

We use organizer details to recommend speakers and to introduce you to the speakers you ask about. We use speaker details to build your public profile, match you to events, and run outreach on your behalf. We also use your information to reply to you, send updates about your request or membership, process payments, and improve the site.

What we share

Speaker profiles are public. When an organizer asks about a speaker, we share the organizer's name, contact information, and event details with that speaker so they can reply directly. When we run outreach for a speaker, we share that speaker's profile with the events we contact.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Keynova, such as our website, email, and text platform, our payment processor, and our analytics tools. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messages

We do not share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for help.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how people use it. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep organizer requests and speaker applications for as long as we need them to provide our services. Speaker profiles stay up as described in our Terms of Service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, take down your profile, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email [email protected].

Children

Keynova is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
